The business was formed in 2005 & is the Sister company to SMS Southern Ltd, it was formed to offer after care service to the clients of SMS to provide the warranty cover for the new installations carried out.

The company then grew within its own right carrying out Mechanical Servicing to all aspects of the Heating & Ventilating industry for Commercial & Domestic customers, as well as carrying out new installations.

From this demand grew for us to carry out water treatment for some of the sites we look after so again this service can be offered.

We provide tailor made Service contracts for our clients to give the added benefit of a 24hr cover.
